- Photocopying - $0.25 per copy, $0.20 per copy for 10 or more, $0.10 per copy for reference material (color available at higher price)
- Fax service - $1.50 per page for first 5 pages and $.25 per page for subsequent pages
- Laminating - $1.50 minimum charge plus $1.00 for each additional foot
- Exam supervision - $30.00 per exam
